Does Municipal Backflow Install and Turn the water on prior to the annual test?
We frequently get asked this question from new customers. For outside devices like Lawn Irrigation the answer is No. Irrigation devices installed outside are seasonal and require coordination with your lawn irrigation company and/or property owner. The device must be installed and the water turned on up to the Backflow for us to perform the test.
